CLAIM INVESTIGATOR / CLAIM HANDLER

J.F. Terry Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Claim Investigator / Claim Handler to join our team in Newtown Square, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable managing 65–100 active files while handling claims from assignment through resolution ("cradle to grave").

What We're Looking For:

✔ Prior experience handling commercial auto claims preferred

✔ Strong liability investigation skills

✔ Experience taking recorded statements

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Ability to prioritize and manage a large caseload

✔ Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

✔ Ability to think critically and make sound investigative decisions under tight deadlines
