These highly visible positions are located at our corporate headquarters in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.
Duties Include:
· Process Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA loans from application to closing.
· Review loan application, verify documents, contact verification sources, order documents, prepare closing statements, and resolve discrepancies.
· Monitor rate locks to ensure they do not expire.
· Coordinate the settlement on loans.
Minimum Requirements:
· High School diploma/equivalent.
· Five (5) years experience in mortgage lending.
· Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA guidelines. |
